Shipping Charges  
Shipping charges are $4.99 per order worldwide.

We appologize for a temporary $1.00 increase to the shipping fee to partially offset the postage hike by the post offices. During the global pandemic, airmails are sent via more expensive cargo planes as opposed to passenger planes in the past.

Delivery
We guarantees prompt delivery of all pet supplies ordered. If for some reason we are unable to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order we will contact you.

Shipping Time
Orders ship the same day unless they're placed on the weekend then orders ship on Monday. Shipping times are usually 6-12 business days.

However, due to the Convid-19 Outbreak we are seeing delivery times slower than the usual. Based on Customer updates we are seeing delivery times ranging 3-5 weeks.

We constantly monitor various mail services for any updates. Currently all services indicate that mail, including International Mail is going out everyday.
